Refund Policy

At Hyde Park Longboarding, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our schedule effectively.

 
1. Client Cancellations
  • Full Refund: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): We are unable to offer a refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability.

  • No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

 
2. Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, or strong wind):

  • We will contact you to reschedule your session.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered.

 
3. Instructor Cancellations

If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency):

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.

  • You may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

 
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Payment Processing Times
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
