Welcome to Hyde Park Longboarding. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Hyde Park Longboarding provides private and group coaching sessions in Hyde Park, London. All sessions are subject to availability and weather conditions.

 
2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our website.

  • Clients must be at least 16 years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian if younger.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with session details.

 
3. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated at any time.

 
4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.

  • Weather Cancellations: If unsafe weather conditions prevent a session, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the loss of payment.

 
5. Health & Safety

  • All participants must wear appropriate safety gear (helmet is required).

  • Clients participate at their own risk. Hyde Park Longboarding is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.

  • If you have any health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate, please consult a medical professional beforehand.

 
6. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Acts in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner

  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Violates park rules or public safety guidelines

 
7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by Hyde Park Longboarding and may not be reproduced without permission.

 
8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe learning environment, Hyde Park Longboarding is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in coaching sessions or use of the website.

 
9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
